El Puerco Entero: A Spanish-Inspired Whole Hog Dinner

We’re thrilled to be cooking up a Spanish-influenced whole hog dinner, honoring heritage flavors and thoughtful preparation from nose to tail.

We’re also excited to partner with Ben Riccardi-pig farmer, winemaker, and the creative force behind Osmote Winery-for a beautifully paired four-course dinner featuring his wines alongside this unforgettable menu.

Doors open at 5:00 PM for those who’d like to join early for a pre-dinner cocktail. Tickets are $85 per person-includes four courses paired with Osmote wines.
