1897 Beekman House Policies

• A valid credit card number is required when booking your reservation. A deposit equal to 50% of your total bill before taxes will be charged at the time you secure your reservation. All remaining charges will be billed to this card at check out, unless you advise us of a different mode of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

• All room rates are subject to state and county taxes, and include daily breakfast service. 

• Personal checks and cash payments are welcomed.

• We will happily accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions. Please notify us of any special requirements upon booking. 

• 1897 Beekman House is completely smoke free. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

• Candles and other open flames are prohibited in guest rooms.

• Violators of the no-smoking policy or the open flame policy will not be permitted to stay, will be responsible for their full room rate for the period reserved and will be charged an additional surcharges to cover the cost of cleaning services.

• Housekeeping: Our rooms are cleaned to the highest standard, with turndown and linen services available upon request.

• Out of consideration for your fellow guests, children under twelve years of age are not permitted, with the exception of full-house buyouts. Please feel free to contact us with  questions about this policy.

• Despite our love of animals, no pets are allowed.

• Our friendly and well-trained German Shepherd, Lola, is the unofficial mascot of 1897 Beekman House. She loves to meet our guests, but she has her own space in our living quarters, wherein she is happy to remain should you be uncomfortable or allergic.
